“Previous to starting my coaching journey with Erin I had no work/life balance and no boundaries set for myself with my work. She helped me look into ways to re-evaluate how to say no to people without feeling guilty and remembering to take care of myself first before all. Also I was a very negative self-talker, I continuously put myself down in my head and with my words to other people. Erin taught me to think about what I am saying about myself and to redirect my thoughts to a more positive spin. She has helped me retrain myself to think positive and I feel that I don't think/talk negative anymore. I feel less stress and guilt when I say no to work's extra obligations.

“I had a lot going on before we started working together, including finishing my MSN and prepping for boards and a baby! Our coaching sessions positively impacted my life and overall wellbeing by allowing me to break each task down and tackle them one at a time, while setting small goals, rather than looking at them all together; this decreased my stress and feelings of being constantly overwhelmed.
